Đun sôi nồi nước, cho nui vào luộc chín mềm với 1 muỗng cà phê muối và 1 chút dầu ăn để nui không bị dính với nhau rồi vớt ra, xả sơ qua nước lạnh, để ráo.
Sốt pesto hạt phỉ: Rửa sạch rau arugula, húng quế. Cho arugula, húng quế vào máy xay với hạt phỉ, tỏi đã bóc vỏ, nước cốt chanh, 1 muỗng cà phê muối, dầu olive. Mở máy xay thật nhuyễn mịn hỗn hợp. Nếu sốt quá đặc thì thêm dầu olive nhé.
Cho phần sốt đã xay vào nui rồi trộn thật đều là hoàn thành. Nếu vẫn còn chưa vừa miệng, bạn có thể thêm chút muối nữa sao cho phù hợp với khẩu vị.
